CB Message.
On your cell phone. As you can see this service has various names. Cell Broadcast is also written as CB. Activate the appropriate service on your phone. Now you have to create and activate a topic / channel. Go to Message option and write as Topic or Channel ID is : 050 OR 50. Note that the CB service is usually found in the Message menu (Without Nokia) of your phone. And you have to activate itfirst.
