Jay's work ethic started at the tender age of 11, when he started out in his brother's concrete construction business. He attributes this to the backbone of his incredible physique, and it's part of the reason that he finds himself finishing at the top in many IFBB pro contests. His rigorous workouts, often lasting four hours per day during contest season, leave him in a top-notch condition that is arguably among the best on the pro circuit. His winning streak started way back in 2000 when he won the Night ofchampions, and it has carried on to the present day with a massive 15 first place results, including 4 Mr. Olympia titles (to 2010)
