One day a lion was sleep.
A little mouse jumped
up on him.
That made the lion
wake up. The lion
was very angry.
He cought the mouse under
his big paw
I have caught you !
I have cought you !
roared the lion
"Squeak !" cried
the mouse
"Please let me go.
I will help you someday
The lion laughed
at that.
"How can a little mouse
help a lion"? asked
the lion.
Oh, but I can ! I can !
answered the frightened
mouse.
I will let you go
this time.
"But do not wake me
again"
The little mouse
run home.
One day the lion was caught
in a great net.
The little mouse heard
him and ran
to help him.
"You can't help me"
said the lion when
he saw the mouse.
"Yes I can" said the mouse.
I can help you.
I will snaw the rope
of the net.
Than you can get out.
He gnawed the rope
in two soon the lion
was out of the net.
Thank you, Mouse"
said the lion.

Wow cute story,it remember my young age of my school life..
That is a good story Katherine. You put a lot of interesting things on the site. I remember a simular story but instead of a net it was a thorn in the lions paw and the mouse pulled it out.
