You can change your folder's background appearence by any image you want. Only you have to open the notepad and paste the following code..

iconarea_image=F:berries.jpg

Give the full path of the image or wallpaper you want in place of "berries.jpg" Don't forget to write the extension of image. Commonly it accepts the image of extension- .jpg , .bmp , .jpeg etc.

Now save the file as desktop.ini in the folder where you want to change the background..
