En el caso de que ronques no te aconsejo que te extirpen las amígdalas pues forman parte del sistema defensivo linfático. Mi consejo personal es el siguiente: lo primero para los ronquidos es que te pongas en el peso ideal para tu altura, no fumes, no bebas nada de alcohol, trata de practicar gimnasia o cualquier deporte con asiduidad, al menos tres veces por semana y, en relación a la dieta, aumenta tus defensas naturales con alimentos sanos: no tomes azúcar ni alimentos que la contengan pues debilita enormemente el sistema defensivo, trata de tomar al menos una vez por día vegetales crudos y germinados, ingerir a diario el zumo de un limón disuelto con un poco de agua, uno o dos dientes de ajo crudos y echinacea en extracto (20 gotas tres veces al día), además puedes añadir infusiones de tomillo con miel, dos por día, ideales para mejorar el funcionamiento sistema respiratorio.
