HERE IS SOME USEFUL TIPS ON QAULITY PICTURES WHEN USING YOUR CAMERA PHONE
¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤ ¤

Zoom:- using the digital zoom of your camera phone will greatly decrease the quality of your picture. In general you should try and move closer to your target so your subject fills the view finder.

Getting Closer:- due to the small resolution of camera phones, you need to be close to your target. However, on some cameras if you get too close, the camera will no longer be able to auto focus, this decreasing the quality of the picture. With most phones 12-18 inches (30-45cm) is as close as you want to get.

Lighting:- in general, the more light the better. Having the subject well lit will make the image clearer and sharper. Poor lighting will effect the picture quality no matter which camera you use.

Resolution:- many camera phones let you choose the resolution (picture quality) settings of the picture you take, low, medium or high. To take the best quality picture, set your camera phone to the highest resolution setting. You might not see the difference between the different quality settings on your phones display screen, but it will make a big difference on a bigger computer screen. Please note that taking pictures with a higher resolution will decrease the amount of pictures your phone can store at once, but the images will be of a higher quality.

Be still:- as photographers already know, you must remain as still as possible when taking a picture. You can even get a mini tri-pod for your camera phone. If possible, hold the phone against a solid object such as a table or wall when taking your picture. This will limit the blurriness you sometimes see with camera phones pictures.

Take lots of pictures:- Most people always have their phones on them. Take advantage of this by catching spontaneous moments. The more pictures you take, the better your chance is of catching that amazing picture. At the end of the day you can always go through and delete the ones you don't want.

Bent down:- the camera should be at a person's eye level. For children and pets this means bending down. This will create a more personel and engaging picture.

Background:- a busy background will distract people from your subject. If the picture is of a person or animal try to make sure the background isn't going to draw people's attention.

Different Angles:- try different angles with your pictures. Turn your camera sideways for horizontal pictures. Sometimes being below or above your subject will give your picture a nice twist.
