Tommy Vercetti, 35 year old, has just served 15 years in jail and now he is out on the streets again. He have connection with Forelli family and is walking around in Liberty city with Ken Rosenberg. The Forelli family send Tommy down south to deal with a drug venture but things don't go as planned. Now Tommy has to put everything right again. With Forelli family chasing him the adventure begins.
