Aired on Spike TV
Preview And \´Virtual Time\´ Coverage Of The Show
***
Preview:
Unforgiven raised a lot of questions, what will happen now Eric Bischoff is General Manager of Raw again? Did Flair know what he was going to do to Hulk Hogan? What will Vince McMahon´s reaction be? What about Steve Austin, surely he must have issues over the refereeing in his match. How will Showtine and Los Gringos Locos react to their title losses? What is the nature of the Flair-Triple H-Batista-Suffering union? And will we ever see Goldberg again? Questions which may or may not be answered in the coming edition of Raw...
***
Quarter Hour 1
Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler welcome us to this sold out Raw and go over the events of Unforgiven. The don´t have long though as No Chance In Hell hits and deposed General Manager Vince McMahon swaggers down the ramp with Brisco, Patterson and Bossman. Vince gets into the ring and ignoring the resounding jeers of the fans and chants of asshole starts to speak. Vince says that at Unforgiven he was screwed by Ric Flair, The Nature Boy has had a vendetta against him since they were Co-Owners he claims. He says that Ric Flair clearly put his own interests above those of the company by employing the very man Vince fired ten months ago. Because of that he had no option but to go before the WWE board of directors late last night and ask for Ric Flairs dismissel as CEO. On que a video plays on the TitanTron of the board room and who are
presumably directors, one we recognise as Linda McMahon, Vinces wife. Its her who speaks, announcing that by majority of 8 to 4 the motion to remove Ric Flair after Raw has been passed by the board. Vince grins and stops the tape. He continues to speak to the crowd, saying that when a new person is appointed he intends for Linda herself to stand, his own wife. Before Vince can go any further IÊ´m back hits for the first time in almost a year and Eric Bischoff with a smarmy grin strolls onto stage with a mic. Bischoff thanks Vince for giving him one last task to do but as he isnÊ´t General Manager he doesnÊ´t quite know why heÊ´s here. Vince says he goes where he likes and its none of Bischoffs business why hes here. Bischoff says he thinks Vince will find it is his business now heÊ´s once again General Manager. Eric asks Vince if
he remembers why this will be his second reign as Raw General Manager? Vince reacts with anger, roaring that he fired his ass. Bischoff smiles saying that he´s right so maybe Vince should give him one good reason why he shouldn´t get a dozen security men out here to throw him out. Vince tells Bischoff that he´s not through, he intends to gather his supporters and get rid of Bischoff. Eric laughs saying that people are sick of Vince´s crap, they don´t want him and thats why he stands here today as General Manager of Raw. Vince tells Bischoff that he has no power, once his wife is installed as CEO he will simply have Bischoff removed. Eric says thats as maybe but until that day he has all the power in the world, the power to do anything he likes, if he wanted he could have Christmas in October, why? Because he can.
JR says he wouldn´t be suprised if Bischoff went and did just that to prove a point to Vince and McMahon again speaks. Vince says that if thats the way he wants to play it fine, the superstars and members of The Corporation would be loyal to Vince, thats why he picked them, and not because they just want whatever short term privilages Bischoff offers them. Later tonight Vince would come out here and those loyal to him would confront Bischoff. JR didn´t like the sound of that but Eric agreed and left for the back as did McMahon and his party..

(Commercial Break)

(1) Road Dogg, X-Pac and Justin Credible defeat Kevin Nash, Scott Hall and Chyna: More good six person action, Road Dogg, X-Pac and Justin Credible are becoming one of the best six man combos around. Pac started off against the bigger Hall who of course he beat for that great upset many moons ago. The two lock up and The Bad Guy quite easily pushs him back into the corner and throws his toothpick after him. X-Pac doesn´t look amused and gets up, regathering his senses. Pac goes to lock up again but at the last minute goes downstairs, sweeping the legs to lose Hall his vertical base. Pac scores with the arm drag as Scott gets up and a second, sending The Insider back into his corner. X-Pac mocks throwing a toothpick at him for a huge pop. Hall is angered however and tags in the massive Kevin Nash. X-Pac doesnt look worried and
as Nash runs attempting an early big boot easily moves aside causing Nash to straddle himself on the top rope. Pac tags in Road Dogg who instantly starts his jabs with Nash still on the top rope, finishing with the shakey knees and a third big punch sending Nash over the ropes to the outside. Justin Credible and X-Pac are instantly on him, kicking away. Scott Hall and Chyna quickly jump down and bound round to defend Big Sexy. Hall takes out X-Pac with a clothesline but Justin Credible has more luck against Chyna taking her down with a quick superkick as she runs at him. Nash meanwhile has rose to his feet and as Justin Credible and X-Pac lock up on the outside goes after Road Dogg. Big Sexy scores with a sidewalk slam for a two count. Nash stands and drags up Road Dogg over his shoulder going to go for the snake eyes.
Nash walks toward the turnbuckle but as he does Road Dogg slides down his back and gives Big Sexy a shove in the back sending him into the post, Nash staggers back and Road Dogg rolls him up into the school boy pin - one, two, three. Road Dogg wins it in an upset. X-Factor quickly make their escape up the ailse as Nash shouts threats over the ropes at them and we fade

(Commercial Break)

(2) Art Barr defeats Rey Mysterio: Art who has the height advantage tries to out muscle Rey early with a clothesline and quick elbow drops but Mysterio manages to roll away and quickly climb the turnbuckle. He cant turn around fast enough however and Art slams him off the top easily. Love Machine jumps up himself and signals for a frog splash, he goes for it but Mysterio manages to counter, getting both knees up into Arts midsection. Rey takes the opertunity and rolls over him hooking the leg - two count only. Rey Rey signals for a highrisk move, goes up top - and scores with a perfect moonsalt. The count again - one, two, threno, Art kicks out again. Mysterio pulls him up and goes for the whip, reversed by Love Machine - dropkick on the rebound. Art goes outside and stands on the apron, taunting the crowd before flipping
himself over the ropes and scoring with a splash onto Mysterio. Barr leaps up with a cocky swagger and draws a finger across his throat Undertaker style, obviously signaling a Tombstone. Love Machine picks up Rey Rey, scooping him over his shoulder, Rey struggles and tips up Art so that its now him positioned for the Tombstone. Barr manages to somehow lower his feet and kick Rey in the chest and both men go down and are quickly up again, Art runs at Rey - drop toe hold by Mysterio onto the bottom rope. He runs, swings his legs round - 619. Leaps the ropes and flys wrapping his legs around Arts head - countered into a sit down powerbomb by Barr, one, two, three, Love Machine picks up the victory. His hand is raised as we fade away.

The crowd give a huge reaction as Also Sprach Zaphrasua hits and Flair struts onto stage in designer suit as always. The crowd seem unsure how to react however as Triple H, Batista and Suffering follow him, likewise attired. The four get into the ring and briefly pose as Triple H takes the mic. Helmsley says that in the past few weeks he´s realised a few things, that Shawn Michaels has only ever wanted to keep others down even people like Flair and his own friends. Triple H said he watched as he screwed over Steve Austin, SA and Goldberg but Ric Flair was one too many. Ever since being a kid, Ric Flair was his idol says Helmsley, a man quite possibly the greatest of all time and one of the few men who actually deserves to be called an icon. And what do you do Shawn? You break his foot in a jealous rage. In that moment Trips
says he realised Michaels was exactly what Flair said, a boy playing at being Ric Flair. Triple H says has outgrown DX. The crowd cheer and aplaude as the mic is passed to The Nature Boy. Flair said that this was a new era for Raw, but not by design. Vince was finished and it looks like Bischoff may be here for the long run, so what better than a stable made up of wrestlings past, wrestlings present and wrestlings future. Or as Eric Bischoff may say on this festive edition, the ghosts of wrestlings past, of wrestlings present and wrestlings future WHOOO, the crowd loved the mockery of Bisch. You can call this Evolution, continues Flair, about to become the most dominant faction in Raws history. Flair ends on another WHOOO as the crowd join in and all four pose before we fade away..

(Commercial Break)
Quarter Hour 2

The crowd go wild as Smells Like Teen Spirit hits and Silent Assassin strides out, down to the ring. SA takes the mic and says that last night at Unforgiven he can through one of the most brutal matchs he´s ever been in. Two men trying to smash each others face to a bloody pulp. SA says, all due respect to Triple H, that he deserves a shot at Shawn Michaels for that. Crash, the glass shatters the resounding jeers and Steve Austin pads out and marchs down to the squared circle. He mounts all four turnbuckles and grabs a second mic. Stone Cold says that when Assassin has finished running his mouth he has something to show the crowd. The TitanTron reruns the part of the match where Austin managed to draw blood on Assassin but the match wasn´t stopped. Austin tells JR to pick up his mic and tell all these stupid fans just what the
hell First Blood means. JR stands up with a mic and reluctantly says that it means the first man to draw the others blood but... Austin interupts and says that yet again he was screwed, its quite clear that he won that match. Ross says that the amount of blood drawn is at the referees discression. Austin tells JR to shut up or he´ll have him replaced by The Coach. JR sits back down as Austin tells the crowd if anybody should be number one contender, it´s him. The crowd roar again as Voodoo Child blares out and the former General Manager and defeated challenger Hollywood Hulk Hogan bounds onto stage playing air guitar and wearing a red Hulkamania T-Shirt. Hogan stays on stage but goes to borrow JRs mic before starting what he has to say.
Hogan says that as Unforgiven he lost the GM job, he didn´t blame Ric Flair because Bischoff conned him as well, Hogan says that he hopes all the superstars will reject Bischoff and he warns HBK and Mav that their association with him will end in tears brother. But onto the match, last night he had Michaels beat and he knows without Eric Bischoff he would be once again World Heavyweight Champion so thats why Hulk Hogan demands a rematch. The three start arguing with each other and Austin and Assassin are squaring up to each other until referees run down to seperate them and Hogan leaves to the back..

The cocky Jonathan Coachman appears on screen in the interview area with Eric Bischoff. Coach completly kisses butt telling Eric what a great job he´s already doing. Bischoff thanks him and says it´s about to get better. He´s a fair man he claims to JRs humor. And as a fair man he´s willing to recognise Hulk Hogan, Steve Austin and Silent Assassins claim to the number one contendership. Later tonight it´ll be Hulk Hogan vs Steve Austin vs Silent Assassin, triple threat for the number one contendership. What about Triple H asks The Coach? Bischoff laughs, Triple H? Number one contender when did that happen? He asks. Coach doesn´t catch the sarcasam and starts to explain the match with Goldberg. Bisch interupts and tells him to remember whos GM now, he can do what he wants, screw Triple H. With that we go back to JR and The King.

Quarter Hour 3

(3) Eddie Guerrero defeats Juan Sanchez: Juan will be after evening up the score here and gets off to a fantastic start, arm dragging Eddie and taking him down with a from dropkick. Sanchez leaps the turnbuckle and comes off with a moonsalt to Eddie, and scores with it. The leg is hooked, one, two, no Eddie kicks out. Sanchez stalks Eddie maybe looking for the stunner as he gets up. Eddie turns around and Sanchez goes for the superkick not the stunner - caught by Guerrero, Sanchez is spun around and Eddie gets a suplex, with bridge - one, two, shoulder up by Juan. Eddie gives Sanchez a few kicks to the head before going to the apron and coming over the ropes for the splash the same as Barr earlier, maybe Eddie taught it him. Guerrero turns Sanchez over and maybe looking for a surfboard, it is and he seems to have it locked in.
Sanchez maybe about to submit but he manages to hold on through the pain so Guerrero lifts him up over his head, still in the submission hold to add even more pressure. Eddie can´t hold it though and has to let him go. The damage in undoubtaly done though and Eddie makes the cover - two count only. Latino Heat curses in Spanish before leasing up and going to the turnbuckle, he shouts that he´s feeling froggie but he wastes valuable time, allowing Sanchez to spring up with a surge of adrenaline and flip into the corner - frankensteiner by Sanchez. Juans burst of speed takes its toll on his seemingly injured body quickly however and he slump on the corner ropes to catch his breath. After a minute or so he starts to climb up himself and turns around clearly for a monosalt. The ever resourceful Guerrero however pushs referee
Jack Doan into the ropes with his feet causing Juan to come painfully crashing down groin first onto the turnbuckle. Eddie gets up quick before Jack Doan can react and climbs outside onto the apron and then up the turnbuckle with Sanchez, he smashs Juans head down onto the post, sunset flips over him - into a powerbomb from the turnbuckle. Sanchez is rolled up, the count is made - one, two, three, Latino Heat gets a controversial win
As Juan Sanchez leaves up the ramp and exhausted Eddie grabs the mic in the ring and starts to have a go at him. Eddie says that last night at Unforgiven Los Conquistadors talked of how they were proud to be Mexican but Eddie says that thats a lie, Rey and Juan have fought longer in America than they even lived in Mexico, that they left as soon as they could and have forgotten their legacy and what Lucha is all about. Eddie tells Sanchez that if he is truely proud of his heritage he and Rey Mysterio will face Los Gringos Locos, tag belts or not at The Survivor Series in a mask match. JR is shocked, commenting on how much the mask means to the Luchadore. Sanchez has no answer and leaves backstage, to converse with Rey speculates Ross as we fade from the scene

Quarter Hour 4

As we return we find Showtime´s carpet, TV and chair have been set up for The Highlight Reel, this week joined by an artificial Christmas tree and fake snow all over the carpet. JR suspects Bischoff has something to do with it as Show´s music hits and our host joins us. Show swaggers into the ring and stops in his tracks, staring in horror at the tree. Show takes the mic and instantly calls out Eric Bischoff. I´m back plays and our General Manager swaggers out and gets into the ring with an expression to suggest he thinks Showtime is going to thank him. Show points to the tree asking what it is? Bischoff tells him its a Christmas tree. In October? Asks Showtime, Bischoff answers to the afirmative. Do you have altzhimers? asks Show for a laugh from the crowd. Bischoff doesn´t look amused and says he is simply showing Vince that
he can do anything he wants. Show says that he wont spoil the fun then and with Erics permission has something to enter in the festive spirit. Eric agrees, hoping maybe that Show is going to have a go at Vince, instead at Shows call three scantly clad women dressed in very short leather skirts and cut off tops appear on stage all holding a piece of card, they turn the cards over to reveal the phrases \´Erics mother,\´ \´Erics sister,\´ and \´Erics wife\´. Bischoff is confused and asks Show what this is? Show points to them in turn \´Ho, ho, ho\´ he laughs to a massive pop from the crowd and JR and even The King. Bischoff is enraged but clearly doesnÊ´t have the balls to have a swing at Showtime instead tells him how funny itÊ´ll be when next week he watchs Showtime get the beating of his life in a handicap match against Shawn Michaels
Bischoff seems to have lost his festive spirit as he throws the mic down and marchs away from the laughing Showtime and up the ailsle and we leave with him..

(Commercial Break)
Quarter Hour 5

Eric Bischoff is in his office arguing the case for The Bischoff Administration to Kevin Nash and Scott Hall as Shawn Michaels and Mav lurk in the background, staring questioningly at Bischoff´s Christmas Tree. Nash and Hall look pleased with what they hear but ask Eazy-E what he intends to do about Ministry of Destruction being number one contenders? Bischoff grins and says that he doesn´t consider anything that happened before he was made General Manager legitimate, Ministry of Destruction and Triple H are number one contenders for nothing. The Insiders grin and shake Bischoffs hand. Our Fellowship grows evermore strong says Shawn, clearly attempting a Gandalf impression. Shawn tells Bischoff he thinks that Triple H and Flair need teaching a lesson, the main event should be HBK, Mav, Nash and Hall vs Flair and Triple H in a
handicap match. Bischoff thinks about it, he says he agrees but not with Nash and Hall, he has a better plan. The four gather round conspiratoraly as we cruely leave the scene...

(Commercial Break)

The crowd give a huge cheer as Ric Flair is seen alongside Terri. Flair says that during his time as CEO he always tried to correct Vince McMahon´s mistakes and change things in the interest of fairness. Ric says that he made a big mistake in believing Eric Bischoff could change, that he wasn´t still the greedy, manipulative guy, only out for himself that ran WCW into the ground but he can´t change that now. Vince has made a huge mistake in removing The Nature Boy as CEO but again, there´s nothing he can do about that but one thing he can do is is make a difference tonight, tonights main event will not be a four on two handicap match but instead four guys of Erics Bischoff´s choosing against the whole of Evolution, WHOOOO!, crowd pop big time as Flair struts away

(4) Grudge match - Showtime defeats Sycho Sid: Show was out for revenge in this match after Sid cost him the Intercontinental Championship but it didnt come easy, Sid easily takes down Showtime with a huge clothesline early and pulls him up by the head and lifts him over his head into a body press before quickly dropping him behind him. Sid gives a vile grin with his ever present distant stare as he goes to the rope shouting at the fans \´Whos the man?\´ the crowd offer no answer just booing the psychopath. They turn to cheers however as Showtime rises to his feet behind Sid. Sycho senses the movement and spins around - dropkick by Show sending Sid through the ropes, crashing to the mats below. Show wastes no time as Sid quickly rises, Show runs at the ropes - baseball slide sending Sid backward into the barrier. Show climbs out
and slams Sids head into the barrier before Irish whipping him right into the ringpost. Sid collapses onto the mat as Showtime points to the apron. The crowd cheer and pop big time as he lifts the apron producing a table. Show sets it up as Sid begins to get up, Show tries to whip him onto the wood but Sid reverses it into a short armed whip, pulling Show back toward him instead of letting him go, Sid slaps his hand around the former Intercontinental Champions throat, moving him toward the table clearly intending to chokeslam him through it, Show struggles though and manages to get a foot up into a low blow. Sid staggers backward allowing Show to whip him onto the table before he climbs back into the ring. Show climbs up onto the turnbuckle, the crowd roar anticipating the move, Showtime leaps into the air - Showsplash to the
outside, through the table, through Sid. The crowd start a holy shit chant as the ref checks on both men. Showtime is alright and quickly drags up Sid, rolling him into the ring and hooking the leg, the count is made - one, two, three, Showtime defeats Sid partially avenging himself. His hand is raised as we go elsewhere.

Quarter Hour 6

As Eric Bischoff leaves his office he´s approached by an angry Forxx and Nathan James. They tower over him and demand to know what he thinks he´s doing by removing them as number one contenders? Bischoff says that he´s already told people, he´s General Manager now, he can do anything he pleases. That doesnt look to have been a smart thing to say as Nathan shoves him backward into his door and says he suggests he changes his mind. Bischoff suddenly loses his calm exterior and looks worried that is until Kevin Nash and Scott Hall approach, evening up to odds. Bischoffs smarmy grin is instantly back and he tells MoD that if they want to remain as Number One Contenders he suggests they join with Shawn Michaels and Mav in tonights main event to finish off his team of four. Bisch and The Insiders leave laughing as MoD look angry.

(Commercial Break)
Quarter Hour 7

(5) Triple threat match for the number one contendership: Steve Austin defeats Silent Assassin and Hulk Hogan: Another fantastic match on free TV following the Goldberg and Flair matchs this past month. Assassin and Hogan had an early expected alliance. Hogan scores with his typical punchs into the ropes and Irish Whips Austin to the opposite side - spear by Assassin. Hogan quicks SA a quick handshake but the veteran Assassin quickly pulls Hogan toward him and gets the kick to the gut - spear to Hogan. Looks like it may be over early as he goes for the cover, one, two, powerful kickout by the Hulkster. Assassin punchs down but Hogan shakes his head, beginning to Hulk up, SA tries again, same response, Hogan gets up punching at SA, beating him into the ropes - Irish Whip - Big Boot to Assassin. Hogan bounces off the ropes -
Lou Thez Press out of nowhere by Austin. Steve springs off, dropping an elbow on Hogan and a second on Assassin. Austin steps back, stalking the two, trying the decide which to go for. He finally decides on Hogan as the former GM gets up quicker, kick to the gut, grabs the head - stunner by Austin. Before he can capitalize however SA is up and gets the kick to Austin himself - going for the powerbomb. The head is placed - backtoss by The Rattlesnake. Assassin gets up instantly - right into Austins boot, Stone Cold turns, grabs the head, brings it down - stunner. Assassin springs backward and Austin hooks the leg - one, two, feet on the ropes for good measure, three. Stone Cold wins it and is the new number one contender as we leave the ring

The crowd boo as No Chance In Hell hits for a second time and Vince McMahon swaggers out flanked by The Three Stooges, Brisco, Patterson and Big Bossman. The enter the ring, ropes being held open as usual by Patterson and the Chairman takes the mic. Vince says that there is no more powerful man than him in the history of professional wrestling, he is the genius behind Hulkamania, Austin 3:16, The Rocks movie career, everything. Just because he is no longer General Manager doesn´t mean he won´t return to power one day, a by god there´ll be hell to pay when he does he says. The continues reminding people that at the start of the show he told everybody in The Corporation to choose whether they would betray him for a quick buck with The Bischoff Administration or remain loyal and have a career of privilages. Vince tells those who
are with him to show themselves now. Nobody appears. Vince gets a little angry and tells those loyal to get out here. Same result so Vince goes a classic shade of red and shouts for them to get here now dammit. This time there is a response but not the one Vince wants as I´m Back hits and Eric Bischoff in jeans and leather jacket strides out with a grin along with half a dozen security men and a microphone. Bischoff says that nobodys coming to help Vince, his power here on Raw was at an end, the superstars can see that. All Vince has now here he says are the three Stooges and a 1996 Black Lincon which these security men will be only too pleased to escort them too. Vince doesn´t do his usual angry routine but looks resigned to his fate. He exits the ring without a word and followed by the Stooges heads up the ramp to Bischoff,
the security instantly move to block him but Bischoff tells them to hold off. Vince approachs Bischoff and in a rather Terminator like moment simply says i´ll be back before walking through the curtain with The Stooges and security behind him.

(Commercial Break)
Quarter Hour 8

(6) Ric Flair, Triple H, Batista and Suffering defeat Shawn Michaels, Mav, Nathan James and Forxx: Shawn and Mav force the unwilling Forxx to start the match as Batista steps in for Evolution. Like two trains colliding says JR as the Evolution member starts well with a clothesline, Batista gets Forxx in a waist lock on the ground, pulling his up and scoring with a release German Suplex. Batista stalks him as he gets back up, shoulder thrusting him into the corner as he does like a rampaging bull. Batista pulls him out, whipping him into Evolutions corner, Batista tags in The Nature Boy who starts Knife Edge chops on Forxxs chest mixed with WHOOOs, Flair lets Forxx fall to the mat before climbing up the turnbuckle to launch a highrisk move at Forxx. Flair flys off, after an elbow drop it would seem - and smashs into the canvas.
Forxx crawls to his corner and leaps to tag in his partner Nathan James. The young superstar instantly takes it to the veteran, kicking him in the midsection before picking him up by the head and scoring with the whip - big boot by Nathan. The former tag champ goes to the corner and despite the referees protests starts to unwrap the turnbuckle. Forxx pushs the Earl Hebner aside and picks up The Nature Boy over his shoulder - snake eyes into the metal and Flair is busted open. Nathan signals for a chokeslam to a mixed crowd reaction but he never gets chance to deliver is as Triple H quickly followed by Suffering and Batista climb through the ropes to make the save. Helmsley whips Nathan, scoring with a high knee as Batista plants Forxx with a clothesline and Suffering arm drags Mav. Hebner tries to restore order but to no use
so he signals for help. As referees run down to help Batista plants Forxx with his sitdown powerbomb and HBK takes out Flair with the Sweet Chin Music to his already bloody face. By the time order is restored The Nature Boy appears to be out of it and Nathan makes the cover for what is surely a certain fall - one, two, threno last second kickout by Flair. The angry Nathan pulls up the bloody Naitch dragging him to his own corner and tagging in The Intercontinental Champion Mav. Nathan and Mav exchange words and as Flair is hoisted onto Nathans shoulders Mav climbs the turnbuckle maybe after The Doomsday Device, a particully vicious move JR tells us. As Mav flys however Flair tips his bodyweight backware, unbalancing Nathan and both men fall to the mat with Mav falling headfirst into Nathans groin. Evolution and the crowd start
to bang, encouraging Flair to make the tag. The Nature Boy crawls, and crawls trying the reach on of the three outstreched hands - and tags in Suffering. He explodes into the ring, clotheslining down Mav as he gets up, same to Nathan, punchs Forxx and then HBK off the apron onto the mats below, Nathans up fast meanwhile - planted with the Depression DDT, during the move Mav rises - gets the same treatment, planted with the DDT, the leg is hooked - one, two, Suffering shoots from the cameras view is Shawn Michaels pulls him out under the bottom rope and as he gets up lays him out with a right hand. Michaels picks the youngster up, rolling him back in before getting back on the apron and calling for the tag from Mav. The Intercontinental Champion staggers to his feet and does just that as Michaels arrogantly swaggers in, thinking
Suffering will be no challenge to him. Michaels picks Suffering up and whips him into the corner, Michaels charges at him but Suffering slingshots over and rolls Michaels into the school boy - one, two, threnear fall. HBK breaks away, getting up but Suffering grabs him, suplexing him to the center of the ring, the shocked HBK staggers up but cant stop the momentum of Suffering and is whipped back into the corner where the youngster mounts and starts ten punchs with everybody in the crowd counting along. On ten Suffering drops him on his stomach, grabbing the legs and flipping over for the pin with bridge - one, two, broken by Mav who adds a cheap shot to Sufferings head before leaving. This buys Michaels a little time to regain his breath and make it to his feet, the two exchange blows but its HBK who gets the best of it,
beating Suffering to the ropes in his usual style, Irish Whip - Michaels scores with his flying forearm. After a second on his back Michaels flips up foot stamping, tuning the band for some Seasonal Sweet Chin Music. HBK heads to the corner still stamping, Suffering rises, turns toward Michaels, HBK uncoils - caught, Michaels is hopping, Suffering spins him - scores with the depression DDT. Both men are down and Suffering doesnt manage a cover. After a few seconds out he crawls across, hooking the leg, one, two, no Shawn gets the shoulder up. The stamping starts again as both teams urge their members to tag out. They crawl to their respective corners, Michaels strechs out, so does Suffering - and tags in an enraged Batista. The monster bounds in pulling Michaels back from making the tag by his legs, Batista picks him up by
the neck, holding him aloft before slamming him to the mat. Batista calls for the powerbomb but Mav, Forxx and Nathan have something to say about the, coming through the ropes at Batista as Evolution follow suit. Batista takes down Forxx with a clothesline as Suffering punchs Nathan to the outside and Triple H and Flair score with a double clothesline to Mav sending him to the mats and follow him out. Meanwhile Batista stalks the unsuspecting Michaels, The Champion gets up and turns right into a kick to the midsection, the head is placed, hes hoisted - and smashed down with violent force "MY GOD WHAT A POWERBOMB, HES BROKEN IN HALF" cries JR as the pin is counted by both the crowd and ref, one, two, three. Batista gets the fall and Evolution get the win. The four celebrate up the ramp as our last match comes to an end.

After the match Howard Finkel introduces British band The Darkness onto stage. The foursome played their single Christmas Time (Don´t let the bells end), the crowd absolutly loved it and were singing along. For the finale several of the faces came onto stage along with a man in a Santa suit and joined in (IÊ´m sure that was Steve Austin at the back singing too), glitter and fake snow rained down as Raw left the air. Still not quite sure why the creative team are doing a Christmas show in October but what the hell, Merry Christmas everybody.
