On your cell phone. As you can see this service has various names. Cell Broadcast is also written as CB. Activate the appropriate service on your phone. Now you have to create & activate a Topic/Channel. Go to Message option & write as 'Topic or Channel ID is : 050 or 50'. Note that the CB service is usually found in the Message manu (without Nokia) of your phone & you have to activate it first. Setting for NOKIA, go to Setting-Display Setting-Cell Info Display-Select ON.
Now you can enjoy it... Ok lets start.
