Gloucester City Council Idiots
Idiots of the week goes to Gloucester City Council.
Last Christmas they spent a hundred thousand pounds of tax payers money on Christmas lights. Youd think with that much money spent theyd actually own then but no.
The money was paid to the artist to design the lights and unbelievable though it is, this year he wont let the lights be put up.
So this year theyve ordered brand new lights at a cost of fück knows what and guess what... they wont be put up in time cos 'theyre stuck in traffic in Slovakia'
Now I aint no lefty liberal fruitcake but how many starving people worldwide coulda been helped by that? Seriously, how many wells coulda been dug in Africa? Yet another reason to hate Christmas.
