Clandestine is a short film written and featuring the members of AFI,and directed by Norwood Cheek.It was released in a special edition box set of their 2003 album 'Sing The Sorrow'.There are two soundtracks that can be selected on the DVD:one each by band members Hunter and Jade.The box that the CD and DVD come in is seen in the film.The band members try throughout the film to obtain the box,and once they do,they open in,but it is not revealed whats inside!Davey Havok is also seen writing the booklet that comes with the set.Several elements from the lyrics of Sing The Sorrow are in the film:The writing on the chalkboard: 'Nothing' and 'I am no one at all' (Miseria Cantare),a white crysanthemum (The Great Disappointment),a rabbit (Rabbits Are Roadkill On Route 37),black liquid in the bathtub (Bleed Black).The time 3:33 mysteriously reoccurs throughout the film.The mysterious number 37 also appears on the classroom door.There symbols have a secret meaning that has something to do with Sing The Sorrow.
