On 14th February 2011 night a girl, Rinku Das, was returing home by local train to her home at Barasat of West Bengal, India from office. She is 22 years old and only bread earner for her family. Her home is 15 minutes distance from Barasat Railway Station. Every day her brother, 10th standard student, Rajib Das receives her sister from railway station and carries her by bi cycle to home.

The said night Rajib was present at station and carried her sister by bi cycle. What an illfate! Three drunken lumpens with arms stop them and started teasing to Rinku. Rajib protested. Those lumpens started beating Rajib and eventually murdered that poor boy. Rinku begged her brother's life to those lumpens, they ignored. She screamed and asked helped to save Rajib's life but no one came even police. Rajib is no more. He had a dream that after passing Madhyamik examination he would continue study and will make a good career to rescue from financial stringent of his family. All was finished.

Where we standing? I asked myself the question all along the day. One question is spinning in my head that either government ensure the security and life of every citizens or allow the citizens to take law own hand.
