Well now I know. I've had a really bad couple of days. I found out my ex of 9 years is seeing someone already. We've only been split up a month. To add insult to injury I bumped into them both in the pub opposite my house. He's living in the next town and there are over 200 pubs in the area, so why in there. I felt like he'd ripped my heart out and stamped all over it. I can't believe he's been so insensitive and down right nasty. He's not the person I thought he was and that hurts even more. I need to pick myself up again but right now it's really hard. I just want my heart to stop hurting.
