As I wrote you before that, to make this community suitable for all ages people Moderation team don't allow a site which have adult contents ie. adult pictures/videos/links.
If you already got an adult warning for adding adult content and now if you want to remove adult warning from your site then at first you have to delete that content which cause warning. Then you have until moderation team review your site once again. If you are too much interested in removing this adult warning in a quicker time then try to contact with moderation team Or submit your problem on
