answer:
Hi Garam,
It is a general concensus amongst sex advicors and counsellors that anal sex should not be painful if it is done the right way - extremely gently, with a lot of water-soluble lubrication & a lot of patience.
In your question, you did not mention whether you used lubrication....how much of it you used......what kind of lube was used.....was your bf rough when fucking you? I mean was he pounding you like there was no tomorrow? All of these questions would have helped in figuring out the best way to help you.
PENETRATION & RELAXATION:
One reason for pain during anal sex is rough penetration. If your bf was pounding you very hard and there was not enough lube, that may be the reason for your pain. Also, if he is a bit on the long side, you have to be careful that he does not fuck you too roughly or else you may perforate ( tear) your colon/rectum. This could be very dangerous to you...even fatal if not treated immediately by a doctor. If your bf's penis is too long or thick, I suggest you ask him to be very gentle when having sex.....be very vocal and let him know what makes you feel good and what hurts.....from your ques he will know how much to control his penetration into you.
POSITION:
If penetration of your boyfriend's penis into your rectum is painful, I suggest you try the "Cowboy position" where by he is on his back (under you) and you are straddling him (ie: you on top, riding on him).......this way you are in control of how much of his penis penetrates your anus and can stop deep penetration if it begins to hurt.
Hope this brief piece of advice is useful to you.....Happy riding !!!
