Welcome to my 6 week plan.
My name is Paul Gwilliam.On the 24th March 2003 i started a 6 week fitness and exercise program.
The plan consists of:Weight training mon,wed and fri.Alternating upper and lower body.4 runs mon,tues,thurs & sat.
6 meals a day(3 main meals,3 meal replacements).
