Right now I'm at home. We all had dinner and the cats are cleaning their faces like they always do after a meal.
As a special treat I let a fly come in. They're still young enough to enjoy chasing it and leave a path of destruction. I'll never forget when Sammy had a bumble bee between his lips, wondering himself what to do now, while the bumble bee sounded very upset...but that's another story. Today I simply IGNORE the destruction at home, work was hard enough and in the afternoon it made me nervous. No need to be nervous now at home.
At first the day was even nice. I was in team A today which drowns in orders since they got the new customer but I prefer team A because it feels different to work there. The team leader of team A helps with the orders, to start with. Iwona seldom does...
But after some hours the air got worse in the office and my concentration left...and this made me make mistakes. And the more difficult orders came then, of course:-)
But the funniest moment came when Iwona asked me, would I work nightshift when another nightshift is on vacation?
I said no - they can handle it as usual: work one week nightshift and be free the next week. But then a dayshift is missing, she complained, and I must rewrite the whole schedule! I said yes and left.
Of course she went to her boss Gundula to complain, and she came to me. I explained again how nightshift vacation works and we noticed that I was not on her schedule till now - the missing dayshift was found. But I can only give you three days a week! she went on complaining, and at this point I really got upset, because it's only three days in the week for her but every weekend for me, too. Thanks for noticing!! Thank God Gundula agreed with me.
Then teamleader A, Sabrina, told me, I'll work for them the next week - team B doesn't need me, they have Anatol, a boy who works for us since ten days.
I'm really fed up with these games, all started by Iwona. If she can't have me, she doesn't want me...she always handles me as a joker. My schedule is never ready for more than a few days. I hate that. I hate to be pushed around. I can do nearly everything in both teams but I seldom hear someone say thanks for my efforts. I don't want extra thanks for normal work - only for extra things. But instead of this Iwona thinks a guy like Anatol will be enough to do my job:-).
I'd rather stay in team A.
