This technique by which we can still our busy minds is still seen by the average person as a slightly eccentric, while magic is widely regarded as being either silly, superstitious or even satanic.
However, magic is neither "good" nor "evil". It is the intention behind the desire that determines whether one is working with or against the universal laws.
Neither is magic an easy option promising something for nothing.

Magic is just one step removed from meditation in that it seeks to impress a specific and clearly defined aim upon the unconscious using eleborate preparations and theatrical rituals.
The magical act or ritual is purely symbolic; the invocations, symbols and stagecraft have no inherent power of their own; it is the inner, psycological work that produce the results.
