The pentagram is a five pointed star,it symbolises equality in man and woman.It is the sign of good health and a symbol of mind and body in harmony with one another.The pentagram is the outline of the human body, with the arms and legs extended,it represents man as the potential master of all things.Each point symbolises the 5 elements namely Earth,Air,Fire and Water,all ruled by the most superior element represented by the top most point,Ether,Akasha,Spirit or God.The 5 elements of which the human body is composed! The pentagram is the symbol which represent magick and is the symbol of wicca and paganism.
An upside down pentagram is not the symbol of evil as many believe.It denotes that there are still things which one must uncover,those things that are hidden to us and by us,it denotes the unknown parts of our being.
