Draw up a list 'reasons to like myself' include character traits & specific actions u are proud of urself for ~ * ~

Chill out with ur new best friend - u! Discover ur hidden depths, ur likes & dislikes. What makes u tick? Get some strong opinions. Entertain urself. If u don't find urself good company, how can others? Treat urself well, but above all, treat urself ~ * ~
