On Monday January 24, 2011, we will be doing some major maintenance work affecting the
peperonity.com service. Therefore, the service will be unavailable for approximately half an hour between 12 noon and 4 p.m on that day.
The work we are performing is due to the increasing load and usage we have and we are doing our best to further improve the speed and performance of the service through this.

Only a few days left and we will offer you a fully refurbished web interface that allows for much more and better accessible functionality than what you are used to. You will see that the entire layout has been reworked for better usability, but the usual look and feel and the editor structure will stay. Check it out from Wednesday next week!

May 26, 2010: Sorry for the outage today! We've had a major power blackout in our main data center that caused most of peperonity not to work during the day. The error has been fixed and now everything is back to normal. We hope you didn't have too much inconvenience and signs of withdrawal through this!
Feb 4, 2010: Feature Alert! Now you can see who has visited your profile! The last 100 visitors will be shown in your My profile area so you won't miss the latest activity on your site (you can turn off your own visibility though). Plus you will be able to see when someone was last active so that you know when they'll probably answer. Isn't that cool? Go check it out today!

Use the search field on top to find your favourite content and benefit from more relevant information shown for the different sections peperonity has. Did you notice? Now you can find friends searching by age, sex and location. But not only this! You can select from new people categories like artists and students in your profile and find others with same categories in the new People Search - so don't forget to update your own profile frequently!

As of now, we will allow only registered users in the chat rooms. This is mainly to keep the chat rooms free of unwanted commentary but in addition to that, you can now set users on your ignore list if someone annoys you. Remember that registration to peperonity is free and very easy and you can change your chat nick name inside the mailbox settings as you like.

We care about your privacy! Now you can ignore users you dislike. Simply visit their profile and add them to the ignore list. But beware: You will receive no more messages from these users! Have a safe day.

No more clumsy search for messages - we made lots of improvements! Now you can see the sender, the time and the beginning of the messages. You can see how many friends you have and find the ones who are online directly in your list.

Check out the green and red buttons next to the user names to see the status of other community members. The small icon next to the button indicates whether the user is currently on a phone or at a PC! Change your privacy settings in your account if you don't like to be seen. And make sure you're logged in for others to see your status!

This is definitely not a mail from peperonity. We are investigating on the case right now. Please contact us if you have further information about the originator of this malicious behaviour or if there are any questions!
