The volcanoes on Titan are thought to elect icy substances such as ammonia and methane. Both ammonia and methane are gases on Earth, but on the cold surface of Titan, they flow as liquids.
It is thought that the volcanoes are made of water-ice. This phenomenon of ice volcanoes is known as cryovolcanism, and was first proposed to take place on Titan by Carl Sagan.
Titan is much larger than Mercury and Pluto and could easily have become a planet itself if it wasn't orbiting Saturn.

Epimetheus and Janus share the same orbit.As they orbit saturn they swap positions.This happens once every four years.
Phoebe is the only other saturn moon,beside Hyperion that is not tidally locked (like our very own moon) with one face pointing toward saturn.
