ok i have the cast now i gotta exercise the arm and i hate it but the metal plate with nails and a couple of screws maybe 5 or 6 idk for sure but my arm still hurts a little though when i touch my arm i can feel it its so creepy and it scares me sometimes i never wanna relieve it
