Benefits of meditation:
Meditation is a healthy way to manage stress. Its health enhancing benefits are reducing stress and anxiety, relieve physical complaints like headaches and even enhance ur immunity to disease.
Basic Meditation:
1. Position yourself in a comfortable pose but not so comfortable that you'll fall asleep. Some ppl sit in a chair or cross legged on the floor.
2. Close your eyes.
3. Clear ur mind. (this will take a lot of practice) Stay unattached to thoughts of ANY kind.
4. Keep letting go of any thoughts and gradually the spaces in between thoughts will become longer and more frequent. Congrats! Ur on the road to meditation!
Tips:
1. Give it time and practice.
2. Start with short sessions of 5 mins and slowly work ur way up to 30 mins.
