ELIJAH'S DAYS AND THE DAYS OF THE END
When Israel was messed up, not knowing which way to take, which God is the true one, when those who were supposed to be standing in the presence of God stood in the presence of Baal while standing in the house of God. (1 Kings 18:19, Ezek. 8:16) God raised Elijah to put an end to that confusion by confronting that generation to choose which God they would like to follow; lies on truth, doctrine of demons on sound doctrine and it was proved (1 Kings 18:36), but the enemy had the leadership in his hand to still make the truth look like nonsense and the purpose was to destroy the one carrying the truth, to shut him up.
In desperation, Elijah cried to the Lord thinking that everything was over and no one was like him, he was the only one left ( 1 Kings 12:10-18), but God said, I've got a remnant of those that did not bow to the doctrine of the devils. When the enemy thought it was over - that he managed to destroy the faith of the whole nation of God to turn them to Baal worship rather than to the Lord God Almighty worship, exchanging the sound doctrine with the doctrine of demons (1 Tim. 4:1), capturing and misleading those in the leadership positions, the Lord had a remnant, the people that He had hidden.
He did not expose them lest the enemy would have spotted and spoiled them, not that they knew nothing, but He made them look like nothing, simple and knowing nothing, to protect them from the enemy's spoil and when it is time, the time darkness covers all over with doctrines of demons, the enemy thinking there is no one left in the faith, the Lord will raise the remnant He's been hiding to expose the enemy' lies and restore the faith, those, they are the chosen ones, they hear all those doctrine of demons and they look like they agree with it, as if they were also lost, but they are not.
It's just because the Lord Almighty is hiding them now, and when it's time He will release them and they start to follow what He puts in their Spirit, what He tells them and not all these doctrines of demons. Those, they are the remnant that will never lose faith until the end because of the Lord God Almighty who choose them. (Dan. 11:32).
