The Mega Jet is a screenless portable Mega Drive developed by Sega in 1992 as a promotional item used in Japan Air Lines. This console later resulted in the production of the Sega Nomad which was a portable Genesis (American Mega Drive) with a backlit LCD screen that was available to the public after its release in October 1995.
