Rodney mullen is a skateboardin pioneer who invented most of ur favourite skate triks. Rodney mullen was born in gainseville, florida on august 17th, 1966. He wanted 2 skateboard almost as soon as he could walk but his dad (a docter) wouldnt let him cause he was scared rodney would get hurt n fall in wid the "wrong crowd", wen rodney mullen waz 10, his dad finally agreed 2 let him hav a skateboard on 2 conditions; the 1st time he was caught skateboardin without pads or the 1st time he waz injured, he would hav 2 quit. Mullen won the 1st freestyle contest he entered in 1977 n at the age of 13 he turned proffesional wid the legandary powell-peralta!
