START--->RUN--->type gpedit.msc--->Group policy editor will open--->expand the Administrative Templetes--->expand Network--->expand QoS--->open Reservable bandwidth window--->then select the Enable window--->change 20 to 0--->select Apply--->select Ok. Now your internet speed will increase.
