The actor who has brought patriotism on the silver skin came under spotlight again after about a decade, last year with his threat to sue Shah Rukh Khan because of a scene of "Om Shanti Om" which is from his production house. That scene showed Monoj Kumar having beaten up by policemen who couldn't recognise him. But chairman of Yash Raj Films, Yash Chopra took the duty of making all clear and took Shah Rukh Khan and director Farah Khan to Kumar's house. According to Kumar, they promised that they would cut the scene but they haven't done it yet.
"It is upsetting", he said. He went on, "Today if Shah Rukh Khan or Salman go to attend any premier, will they be beaten up by police?"
Seems that now Mr.Kumar has nothing to do but to take legal action against the owner of Red Chillies Entertainment.
