Patriotic hero Monoj Kumar on tuesday filed a case against actor & producer Shah Rukh Khan, director Farah Khan and Sony Entertainment Television seeking for deleting a scene from the movie Om Shanti Om.
SRK & Farah had earlier assured Kumar that, the scene which makes fun of him, would be deleted.
But it didn't happen and the film was screened in all theatres without the deletion.
Now, Mr.Kumar has approached to session court seeking for a stay in the telecast of the film which is to be aired on Sony on August 10.
The matter will come up for hearing on Wednesday.
