Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan & his wife Gauri Khan who is also the director of Red Chillies Entertainment were asked to appear in the court because of a case of defamation filed by ace actor Monoj Kumar. Before it, along with them Farah Khan was also asked to present in court in February for her film Om Shanti Om where there was a scene of Monoj Kumar's replica being beaten by police. The ace actor could not take it easy.
Though SRK & Farah apologised to him, he didn't rest in peace. So, he has now taken the matter to court. He now wants a share from the earning of film & the deletion of the scene from all CDs & DVDs.
