This week i was doubled up with terrible pains which fluctuated from chest to stomache to tummy area and back and i had to go into hospital to get help and medication to help with my Hiatus Hernia which lasted for roughly 2-3 hours. This often happens to me, but the second time its been bad enough for me to go to hospital. I had'nt eaten anything to up set me, but i do think i did over do it when i done some chores around the house...Astra!
