General Spell For Holding Energy...12/06/05
On any night during a waxing moon, light a green candle.
Next to the candle, place a plant and an object that will stay in the room you are working
on.
Have a pitcher of water at hand.
Say aloud:
I ask Vesta and the Universe to join me in placing and holding----energy in this room.
I affirm the power of the elements, fire, earth, air, and water, to grow and hold this----
energy in place. I place water in this plant as a symbol of my heartfelt intention[water the
plant],and i lay my hand on this object as a gesture of grounding this life energy here in
this room[lay your hand on the object].i ask that this be done for the greater good.
So be it.
And so it is.
Blow out the candle. Leave the plant and the object in that room.
You can keep the candle in this room and light it to reenergize" the spell, or you can use
it later
for another room.
When reciting the spell, say the type of energy you want to hold in place, like "joyful
energy” or "healing energy” or "passionate energy".
