1 butternut squash, cut into rings and wedges. 2 small sweet potatoes, cut into circles. 2tbsp olive oil. Good pinch chilli flakes. 2 sweetcorn, cut into rings. 3 red peppers, halved and deseeded. 1 bunch spring onions, trimmed. 1 lime, thinly sliced.

Brush squash and sweet potatoes with oil and sprinkle with chilli flakes. Barbecue with remaining vegetables for 10 mins, turning occasionally, till tender. Barbecue lime slices and serve squeezed over veg.

IF ITS RAINING - cook all veg except sweetcorn in the oven at gas mark 6/ 200 oc (190 oc in a fan oven) for 30 mins, till tender. Cook sweetcorn in boiling water for 5 mins till tender.
