Onion Bhajia Recipe
Ingredients

*. Chickpea Flour (Besan)
*. 1 cup Oil
*. 2 tbsp Ground Cumin
*. 1 tsp Salt
*. 1 1/2 tsp Chopped Green Chillies(Jalapeno) 1-2 each
*. 1/2 cup Water
*. 1 1/2 cup Sliced Onion

Method

*. Mix first set of ingredients well.Beat in a blender for 4-5 minutes to incorporate air (thiswill make the batter fluffier).
*. Let batter rest 1/2 hour in a warm place.
*. Dip onions in batter to coat.
*. Deep fry in oil that is heated to375°.
*. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
*. Serve with cilantro or mint chutney.
