Kue Moci (Jawa Barat)

BAHAN :

400 gram tepung ketan
550 ml air
150 ml santal kental
½ sdt garam
100 gram gula pasir
100 gram tenteng gepuk, haluskan
Aluminum foil
100 gram tepung kanji, sangrai

CARA MEMBUAT :

campur tepung ketan dengan air setengah takaran, uleni sampai kalis. Bungkus dengan lap bersih, lalu peras sampai kering. Tuangkan sisa air, peras lagi sampai air perasan terkumpul sebanyak 150 ml air.

didihkan santan, masukkan garam, gula pasir, dan air perasan tepung ketan. Angkat, tiriskan.

Tuangkan santan hangat sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam adonan ketan sambil uli sampai kalis.

kukus adonan dalam pinggan tahan panas, alasi dengan selembar alumunium foil selama 30 menit sampai liat.

ambil adonan masing-masing 15 gram ketika masih panas, pipihkan dan isi dengan tenteng gepuk. Bulatkan moci, lalu guling-gulingkan di atas tepung kanji sampe rata.
